The Flame Treatment Machine prepares PP, PE and other low-surface-energy plastics for printing. A controlled gas flame briefly oxidizes the surface, raising its tension so that pad printing and screen printing inks bond firmly instead of peeling off.
Bottle caps, containers, automotive parts and any polyolefin product that must be printed or coated. Installed in front of a pad or screen printing station, flame treatment is the standard way to make ink stick to difficult plastics.
