The HT2040 heat transfer printing machine applies full-color printed film onto plastic, metal and coated products using heat and pressure. Unlike pad or screen printing, heat transfer delivers photographic, multi-color images in a single pass — no color registration, no drying racks, no ink cleanup.
A Φ100 × 200 mm rubber roller and 300 kgf stamping pressure guarantee even transfer across the whole surface, while the 0–280 °C digital temperature control adapts to different films and materials. Maximum transfer length is 200 mm and maximum product height 200 mm.
Plastic buckets and basins, stationery and rulers, cosmetic bottles, household containers, panels and boards, promotional gifts. If your product needs colorful graphics rather than a one- or two-color logo, heat transfer is usually the most economical process.
Buy direct from the manufacturer: the frame is built for more than 8 years of service, and the silicone roller — the main wearing part — is a standard replaceable item. We run free sample transfers with your film and product before you buy, and every machine includes tutorial videos plus one-on-one engineer video support. Most operators master daily production in half a day. Custom jigs and non-standard sizes available.
