This pneumatic single-color pad printing machine is the workhorse for printing logos, scales and patterns on small and irregular products. Pad printing transfers ink from an etched steel plate (cliché) to the product through a soft silicone pad, so it prints cleanly on curved, concave and textured surfaces where screen printing cannot reach.
With a 214 × 100 mm cliché plate, a maximum printing area of 70 × 70 mm and a speed of up to 1,800 prints per hour, this model covers the daily output of most small and medium factories at a very low cost per print.
Bottle caps and closures, pens and stationery, lighters, toys, electronic housings, keys and buttons, golf balls, cosmetic containers, small appliance panels. Any small part that needs a crisp one-color logo is a job for this machine.
As the direct manufacturer, we build the frame to last more than 8 years. Consumables — silicone pads and steel cliché plates — are standard items you can reorder from us or locally.
