Looking for a reliable way to mark small parts? The SYD-125-90 uses the pad printing process — ink is picked up from an etched cliché plate and pressed onto the product by a soft silicone pad, which wraps around curves and recesses that defeat screen printing. With a max printing area of L80×W80mm and standard printing speed of 2300pcs/hr, it covers the daily output of most small and medium factories.
Bottle caps and closures, pens and stationery, lighters, toys, electronic housings, keys and buttons, golf balls, cosmetic containers and small appliance panels. Any small part that needs a crisp logo on a flat, curved or textured surface is a job for this machine.
As the direct manufacturer, we build the frame to last more than 8 years. Consumables — silicone pads and steel cliché plates — are standard items you can reorder from us or locally. Send us your product for free sample printing before you decide. Tutorial videos are included, and our engineers answer one-on-one on video call; most beginners run their first print within half a day. Non-standard fixtures and custom automation are available on request.
